Résumé

Throughoutthispaper,theexerciseofthespeakerroleintheGovernmentofSpainduringthehealthcrisiscausedbyCOVID-19isanalyzedinperspectivewiththeavailabletheoryandtakingthecasestudyasfundamentalmethodology.Theclassicvariablesoncrisisspeaker(profile,numberofspeakers,relationtothemediaanddecision-makingcapacityornotofwhoshouldcarryoutthiswork)areevaluatedinthelightofthestrategyfollowedbytheSpanishExecutive,concludingthatacoordinatedandmixedmulti-voicesystemhasbeenchosen.ThisformathasraisedsomedysfunctionsandinithighlightsincludeDoctorFernandoSimón,theMinisterofHealth,SalvadorIllaandthePresidentoftheGovernment,PedroSánchez.Inordertobeabletodiscusstheprevioustheoreticalevidence,indicatorsareprovidedonthecommunicationofthiscrisisandsomeconflictingpointsarecollectedthatcouldserveforafutureimprovementofmessagestransmissioninthistypeofsituation.Ifuntilnowithasbeenproventhattherecannotbegoodcrisismanagementwithoutpropercommunicationplanning,inthefuture,thenewhealthandecologicalscenarioswillgeneratehighlymediatedmassivethreatcontextsforwhichthecorrectchoiceofthecrisisspeakerwillbedecisive
