Zusammenfassung
Managing a pandemic like COVID-19 tests the processes of a crisis communication management.We identify three threats: the nonperception of risk, the duration of the crisis and its side effects. It is difficult to avoid a crisis, but its effects can be minimized.It is necessary to define its characteristics to design a tactic that reduces its impact.
