Résumé
Fluid and reciprocal communication between employees within a company represents an opportunity for intrapersonal enrichment and an ideal setting, not only for learning, but for creating and putting into practice new knowledge. This mechanism enhances motivation and performance of those involved, and represents a clear improvement in the organization in terms of innovation and even a possible cost reduction. The Kudo Box technique is one of the Management 3.0 practices that helps develop team motivation. This is a simple and effective method of rewarding members of an organization. It focuses on fostering intrinsic motivation in the group to promote good relationships, increase visibility or recognition of effort. Through this evaluative research focused on the perspective of the professionals of an IT consulting company, IT Innovation and technological services of the University of Murcia, TICARUM, about the implementation of this technique, it is evident that, at a global level, they report a good perception of their experience with the motivational method, with women being the ones who have the best perception of its relevance, and the older professionals the ones who are most reluctant to the adoption of this technique.
