Résumé

The Bologna Process has brought about a great change in the university Spanish system, especially as for the educational methodology and form of evaluation, affecting the students and the professorship. Built upon the “Harvard method”, the one here proposed represents a twist, being a dramatized role-based teaching-learning technique that allows to put into practice the knowledge acquired and to improve the professional student’ skills, forcing them to get out of their “comfort zone”. It is structured on sessions parallel to the theory lessons, revolving around pre-existing case studies or those made by the professor from real examples, for what he/she will assign roles to the students, acting him/she as guide and mediator. This training will be complemented with lectures and conferences of experts about the topic/subject. It is, therefore, a mechanism of teaching innovation for the juridical education that aims the consecution of the skills claimed by the current normative and the development of the basic capacities like oratory and text comprehension, looking for the development of dynamic classes that could encourage the student’s autonomous and group study, preparing them for the working environment that awaits them, without leaving aside the learning of the theoretical contents.
