The competency assessment system is one of the issues raised in more interestlately. The changes being made in learning and evaluation - as a result of the newEHEA - are important. Therefore, in this paper, we make a practical proposal forcompetency assessment, transverse and general, which can serve for all subjectareas that have incorporated the competencies discussed, considering the rubric asa guide to assess the learning done.
