Zusammenfassung

The competency assessment system is one of the issues raised in more interestlately. The changes being made in learning and evaluation - as a result of the newEHEA - are important. Therefore, in this paper, we make a practical proposal forcompetency assessment, transverse and general, which can serve for all subjectareas that have incorporated the competencies discussed, considering the rubric asa guide to assess the learning done. To do this, we analyze the indicators andinstruments and their relation to the competencies and propose a weighting and atable with levels of achievemen
