Abstract
In the face of the COVID-19 crisis that we are suffering from, we can see the different ways to comunicate and manage by the various governments of the world. In this article, through the scientific literature reference on crisis communication, we proceed to analyze the two main paradigms: the confinement paradigm, and the group or herd immunity. We respond to which one is the most accurate and why it is the one that most minimizes communicatively the damages of the crisis.
