Abstract
The Pilates Method is a physical activity that contributes in large part to the achievement of various elements of the physical education curriculum for Mandatory Secondary Education (MSE). Therefore, in this article, four learning units, one for each course of MSE, are presented. They are progressively more difficult. The first learning unit is for first-year students of MSE and is called: Pilates Strong "Pilates for improving trunk strength". The second learning unit is for second-year students and is titled: Pilaflex "Pilates for improving flexibility". The third learning unit is called "The Pilates Method and my back" and is for third-year students. Finally, for the fourth-year students, there is "I´ve mastered Pilates!". In each learning unit, the objectives and learning content, the interdisciplinary approach, the complementary activities, the treatment of the information and communication technology, the evaluation that is proposed, the methodology, the exercises to be executed, and the sessions are presented.
