Resumen

: It is claimed that the contents which Piaget (1970) assigns to the words, movement, space, time and speed, and to their relations, when investigating the child's mental evolution coincide with those of present-day physical contexts and models.We show that these contents, although coordinated since they are the product of Western Culture, do not correspond with the cognitive structuring related with historical achievements. The co ordination of these contexts and models is based on the methodology and operative techniques that are imposed by the education but which hide the natural progress of structuring information.
