Factores psicológicos y vulnerabilidad a las lesiones deportivasun estudio en futbolistas

Resumen

El objetivo de este estudio es analizar la influencia de diversos factores psicológicos, considerados importantes para explicar el riesgo de que los futbolistas profesionales y semiprofesionales padezcan lesiones, en su práctica deportiva. Doscientos setenta y ocho futbolistas fueron objeto del estudio. Se utilizó un cuestionario para evaluar los factores psicológicos y otro que recogía los datos relativos a las lesiones que habían sufrido los futbolistas en los últimos tres años. Los resultados indican que la concentración es uno variable que discrimina significativamente entre los futbolistas lesionados y no lesionados. Dentro del grupo de futbolistas lesionados, la evaluación de la ejecución deportiva muestra una relación significativa con las lesiones de carácter muy grave: así como tendencias o la significación estadística entre las variables autoconfianza y ansiedad con el número total de lesiones.
