Abstract

The ESHE requires a new approach to teaching in Universities paying special attention to the so called “practicalactivities”. Taking as a starting point the experience of several teachers of Constitutional, Administrative and FinancialLaw and considering the difficulties appeared during this first of year the new Degree in Law adapted to the BoloniaAgreements, a method for progressive practices is proposed, either valid to be used in single subjects or in the Degree of Law as a whole duly coordinated. This option would allow a better progress and use of the theoretical knowledgeacquired by students during their academic years.
