The principal advantage of the learning based on problems like educational method is that it manages to formto the professional futures in order that they acquire sufficient skills to manage successfully in the future developmentof his respective professions. Given that a strictly theoretical knowledge does not promote with the sufficient intensitythe skills of the pupil necessary for the exercise of his work, it is necessary to to depart from the need to combine different educational tools (theoretical and practical). The resolution of problems turns out to be a suitable instrument todevelop different personal and professional skills of the pupil difficult to promote across the magisterial class: hiscapacity of interrelationship with the companions and with the teacher, his oral expression (specially importantly in thejuridical formation), his aptitude to be employed at equipment, to confirm different arguments, etc., which definitivelyprepares it to undertake his professional career and to face successfully the labor market
