Digital competence is part of the curriculum of compulsory education as one of the eight competencies to ve developed by students in Elementary and Secondary School. Many Universities presents the need to develop skills related to ICT in their students. This fact is important enough to rethink the degrees and studies of our graduates, and focus efforts on promoting the development of digital competence in our universtiary students. This paper presents a study made at the subject ―media and ICT‖, in the degree of kindergarden teacher. After using ICT in the classroom with different methodologies, our intention was to know if students felt they have improved their digital competence, finding that, in many cases, they found a very useful training, not only as students, but as future teachers.
