Abstract

In this thesis, a knowledge-based Semantic Web Services framework that successfully integrates Intelligent Agents and Semantic Web Services technologies has been developed. For achieving this combination, the framework takes an ontology-centred approach. Ontologies are the facilitating technology that enables a seamlessly communication between agents and services.
