Resumen

Disciplinary dismissal of a worker on TD due to an anxiety crisis. The worker suffered an anxiety crisis during the working day, leaving her job and going to the hospital emergency department. The worker was on sick leave due to a common illness, and that same day, in the evening, she attended a music concert as an audience member, where she sang and danced. The act of attending a music concert the night before the medical leave granted for common illness and the prescribed treatment did not harm her health.
