Abstract
The “unfair” dismissal, even if it is not strictly a dismissal regulated by general labor regulations, must be the subject of a remedy that cannot consist solely of reinsta-tement to the job that the worker occupied before the business decision to terminate. the employment relationship. There are no processing salaries because general labor regulations do not apply. There is a legal obli-gation to compensate for damages caused to the worker by an unmotivated business decision.
