Zusammenfassung

Background: Few evidences and proposals can be found about reflections on how the practice of aquatic activities can be carried out, and that serve as a transversal help to users, trainers and facility managers. Being able to unify criteria and clarify these aquatic processes can help to improve the efficiency of all the actions that can be carried out around the aquatic exercise. Objectives: Make a proposal of good practice in aquatic activities, being the basis for proposing a guide that serves as the basis for the organization and implementation of all programs carried out in aquatic facilities. Method: All studies relating aquatic exercise to facilities, methodology and regulations were analysed. Their analysis was carried out to make this proposal, through the databases Medline, Scielo, ScienceDirect, Scopus, Google Scolar, Web of Science. Results: Proposals have been made in three lines, being on the one hand the people involved in all the aquatic processes (users, trainers and families), the method used in each of them and the need for the installation to be suitable for each case. Conclusions: An initial document is presented as a previous step to elaborate a practical guide of good practices that helps users, managers and professionals to locate in a more suitable way the needs of each one of the initiatives of aquatic exercise that are being carried out in the facilities.
