The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of two organizations (rows and circuits) on learning of three athletic ability (speed, long jump and shot put). The samples were two courses of third grade (14-15 years) and two courses of fourth grade (15-16 years) in Secondary Education. A quasi-experimental design with pre-and inter-group post-test and three sessions of intervention was done. The independent variable was the type of organization used in class: a) groups in rows, and b) groups in circuits. The dependent variables were: a) learning at a conceptual level, b) learning a procedural level, and c) learning attitude level. The results show slight improvements at the conceptual level with both types of organizational form. In both approaches, a higher rate of improvement in quality procedural level, higher in the discipline of speed. A quantitative and attitudinal procedural level there is no improvement in learning.
