Testing protocol for monitoring upper-body strength using medicine balls

Resumen

El propósito de este trabajo es presentar un protocolo de pruebas específico para el control de la fuerza superior del cuerpo utilizando balones medicinales tiros. El protocolo se compone de tres pruebas: tirar sin contramovimiento, tirar con contramovimiento y tirar con contramovimiento de una caída de la bola de medicina. Estas pruebas se realizan a partir de una posición de mentira e implican tirar la cabeza con ambos brazos. Este documento proporciona las características de las pruebas (calentamiento, organización, ejecución, descanso, etc), así como las posibles aplicaciones del protocolo.
