Abstract

The following article addresses practical consequences that derive from the recent Report of the General Council of the Judiciary on the Project of the Royal Decree approving the International Adoption Regulation (2022) and from the Constitutional Court’s Judgment, in which the Plenary has estimated, in part, the positive conflict of jurisdiction presented by the Government of Catalonia, declaring the nullity of some precepts of the Act No. 54/2007 on Intercountry Adoption and the Regulation that develop it
