Contribución de los sistemas forestales del Valle de Ricote (región de Murcia, España) a sus paisajes

Abstract

The territory of the Ricote Valley in the Region of Murcia, host various forest areas, both riverside and mountains. The forest systems based on pine forests stand out. The contribution of forest systems to the landscape of the study area is studied. Thus, bibliographical consultations and analyzes were carried out, contrasting the information obtained with field visits. The main results show systems with a very important imprint in the landscape. Reinforced by the contrasts between the great aridity existing and the patches of leafy pine tree masses. In addition, the imposing unevenness, increase the prominence, in the scene, of forest systems. Finally, it can be said that the forest systems of the Ricote Valley contribute to enrich the heritage value of its landscapes.
