The aim of this paper is the analysis of clinical-forensic evaluation of a child in a sexual abuse case in the school context. The cases of violence or abuse in the school are becoming more frequent and all share a common background, harassment and mistreatment at school or what is known as bullying behavior (Cherry 1996, 2001; Olweus 1994). As in many other fields (sexual abuse, custody, abuse, violence) cases have been detected in which the expediency of the situation has been used by one party to spurious profits at theexpense of psychological health lower. The overall evaluation methodology was designed by selecting thepsychological tests and procedures, further support forensic scientist: Millon Multiaxial Clinical Inventory-III, Projective Tests Battery (Tests of the Tree House, DFH, Family & Freehand), Rorschach Test and Statement Validity Analysis or SVA.Are analyzed and discussed the results of the various instruments,records and evidence given. The findings point to the idea that interference with the work of mediation of these conflicts own school and the prosecution unfairly prevented a proper assessment of the facts, affecting not only the minor defendants, but also the health and future development the lowest.
