Abstract
Forensic Psychology has getting increased in importance and contexts, gettingacknowledgment from courts, and becoming an important pan in advisement aboutpsychological knowledge applied to legal context, focusing on children custodyevaluation. Because of large demand of psychological forensic reports to forensicpsychologists belonging Justice Administration it was carried out in some regions,Murcia included, an agreement between Justice Administration and Psychological StateCouncil to elaboration by private practice psychologists who has been part of forensicpsychologist Reinforcement List, has been identified in this current study psychological forensic reports has been done in family legal context in Murcia. Thesereports have been made by 22 trained forensic psychologists belonging to deReinforcement List throughout 2016. The analyzed data are belonging to reports hasbeen made in the last quarter of 2016, and they mainly came from the two MurciaFamily courts and the two Murcia Violence Courts, and the Cartagena Family Court andthe Cartagena Violence Court. The professional perfonnance was analyzed focusing onthe report kind, where it came from, methodology, interviews, people, psychometrictests, ethic aspects, evaluation findings and recommendations. It was checked privatepractice forensic psychologist's methodology and procedures was highly similar frompublic forensic psychologists belonging to Justice Administration.
