Zusammenfassung

Canada is a country with a long tradition in the treatment of cultural and religious diversity. It has been characterized as a pioneer in the development of policies and laws that encouraged and promoted the integration of the different religious and cultural traditions in society. In this article I briefly review some of the most important historical moments, as well as the current situation in the country with regard to religious diversity.
