Zusammenfassung

The purpose of this paper consists in making some reflections about the asylum reality in order to emphasize the changes and restrictions this kind of protection has suffered, taking in to account its compatibility with International Law and denouncing the transgressions it is subject to in the asylum policy followed by the European Union and, particularly, Spain.
