Résumé
The object of this work is to organize the doctrine developed for the Juridical Court from la Región de Murcia, during 1998-2003 about the elaboration process of dispositions whit general character. On this way we collect in the studio the opinions of the maximum consultation organ in government and administration matter in this region about the normative source and initiatives, the exercise of the statutory authority and the judgments of the consultive organs
