Objetivos de desarrollo sostenible

Resumen

Los objetivos del presente estudio fueron: revisar las lesiones más habituales que se producen en jugadores de hockey línea, identificar factores de riesgo y establecer medidas de prevención. Se realizó una búsqueda sobre lesiones en hockey línea en las bases de datos: Medline, Cochrane Library, ENFISPO, SportsDiscus, Lilacs Teseo, OVID y el metabuscador Google. Se encontraron tres estudios sobre lesiones en hockey línea. Entre los principales factores de riesgo identificamos la falta o inadecuado uso del equipo de protección y el contacto entre jugadores. Se recomienda la obligatoriedad del uso de casco con protección facial completa para todos los jugadores, aumentar el tamaño de las pistas, diseñar programas de entrenamiento que se centren en el desarrollo de la fuerza y de la flexibilidad en los músculos más solicitados y que presenten mayores desequilibrios. Es necesario llevar a cabo futuros estudios y seguimiento sobre lesiones y medidas de prevención en hockey línea.
