Abstract
The sentence concludes that, in a bond purchase that yielded annual interest payments, the deadline for voiding the contract for mistake would have started to count when it was learned that the issuing entity had no liquidity. It is however declared the breach of the contract for the bonds not being repurchased, despite the price and time of this purchase were not in the contract, and had to be deducted.
