Efecto de la satisfacción de los residentes entre los impactos percibidos y las intenciones futuras respecto a la celebración de un evento de pequeña escala

Résumé
El objetivo de este trabajo es analizar el efecto mediador de la satisfacción general de los residentes que asistieron a la III Fiesta del Deporte celebrada en Murcia entre los impactos percibidos y las intenciones futuras con respecto a la celebración de este evento deportivo. Se entrevistó a una muestra de 218 residentes que asistieron al evento mediante un cuestionario formado por 33 ítems que recogían posibles beneficios y costes derivados de la acogida del evento. Los resultados de este estudio han permitido identificar cuatro factores que miden el constructo del impacto social en eventos deportivos de pequeña escala: beneficios socioeconómicos, beneficios socioculturales, beneficios deportivos y costes sociales. Se comprobó la relación significativa y positiva entre los beneficios socioculturales y deportivos y la satisfacción general e intenciones futuras de los residentes con la celebración del evento. Por último, se comprobó el efecto mediador completo de la variable satisfacción general de los residentes entre los beneficios intangibles (socioculturales y deportivos) y las intenciones futuras de los ciudadanos con respecto a la celebración del evento. Los resultados permiten conocer a los organizadores cuáles son los aspectos en los que deben incidir para mejorar la satisfacción e intenciones futuras de los residentes.
