Abstract
This paper describes the process of desingnig, practicing and assessing a methodological proposal that implements digital storymaking in the teaching-learning process of English for the sixth grade of primary education. It is aimed at creating new, attractive and motivating communicative situations. From the qualitative approach of the desing-based reasearch, the video creation is integrated within English Language Teaching, examining the needs and problems emerged during its implementation. The results demonstrate the effectiveness of its approach but also they identify problems and needs that have to be solved in order to obtain a fully functional design. Furtheremore, a disussion is included concerning the results obtained at different educational stages
