Abstract

The sit-and-reach tests are probably the most common measurement tools used for physical education professors, coaches and strength and conditioning specialists to estimate hamstring muscle flexibility. The main purposes of the current literature review are: (1) to describe the assessments methodology of the most common sit-and-reach tests used in scholar and physical fitness setting, as well as (2) to report the cut-off values, which could be used for physical education professors, coaches and strength and conditioning specialists.
