The presence of older volunteers in third-sector organisations has increased substantially. In the coming years, social entities will need the cooperation of many volunteers and, predictably, many of them will be older people. However, we don ́t know too much about them. In this regard, it is important to know what institutions can do in order to retain these volunteers
