Resumen

Mediation, conciliation and arbitration are considered to be adequate tools to regulate the autonomous proceedings for resolving TRADE conflicts. Despite this, there are few Autonomous Communities that extend the use of Agreements for the Extrajudicial Resolution of Conflicts to TRADE. However, it is true that there has been a special interest in promoting the regulation of systems for extrajudicial resolution of conflicts on the part of social agents. The success or failure in this attempt should be accompanied by a constant impulse to really strengthen some essential procedures in the relationship between TRADE and client. In this way, a client, who occupies an unequal position with respect to TRADE, will be protected.
