Abstract
Nowadays, the importance of political and electoral communication is growing exponentially in our society, indeed, it has made Nicaragua’s electoral process an exceptional case. Nicaragua’s electoral process has highlighted because of the lack of design and strategy among all of the candidates but former president Ortega. This huge differences in the way candidates have developed their campaigns along the way had create a massive differences in the final electoral results. Moreover, not only the narrow frontier between party and State but the uprising movement for abstention have marked an elections that ended up being a really peculiar and interesting case study
