Abstract
Radiotherapy is a therapeutic agent used in the treatment of neoplasms, which can affect tissues with accelerated cellular proliferation and turnover. In the case of a child, the administration of radiotherapy can alter the tissue growth and maturation. We present three clinical cases with dental lesions caused by radiotherapy.
