Abstract
The radiotherapy is a therapeutic agent used in the treatment of neoplasms, with can affect tissues with accelerated cellular proliferation and turn over. In the child, the administration of radiotherapy can alteres the tissue growth and maturation. We present three clinical cases with dental lesions caused by radiotherapy.
