Resum

This article describes the hygiene methods, that we may use to prevent dental and gum lesión in the patiensts of Orthodontia. Different types of brushes thata are useful for patients with braces are presented, remarking the most efficient use of each one of them and explaining at the same methods to reduce this problem are argued.
