Abstract

Cuando un emprendedor decide crear una empresa uno de los primeros retos a los que se enfrenta es el de gestionar los recursos de los que dispone de una manera eficiente. En el caso del emprendimiento social este reto es si cabe más importante debido a que su particular objeto social dificulta en muchas ocasiones el acceso y la gestión de los mismos. Para ahondar en el grupo de investigaciones centradas en el análisis de las diferencias existentes en la gestión de las empresas comerciales frente a las empresas sociales, este trabajo se centra en el estudio de dos de los recursos clave para la creación de empresas, los recursos humanos y los financieros. De esta investigación se puede apreciar que si bien las empresas sociales tienen nuevas fuentes de recursos financieros, cada vez más existen personas e instituciones que deciden invertir en este tipo de empresas. Asimismo, si bien presentan mayores dificultades para atraer a los mejores profesionales al no poder ofrecer salarios acordes a la media del mercado laboral, también es cierto que cada vez más cuentan en su plantilla con personas voluntarias identificadas plenamente con su misión.
