Abstract
As you know, in the last four years, the action of the En in the Spanish labor market has been expanding steadily, allowing to become a kind of department of "external" human resourcesthat provides services. but with even more varied roles and responsibilities. In this paper the new functions acquired by En in vocational training acquired in recent years are summarized, paying special attention to younger workers ones.
