Perfil de flexibilidad de la extremidad inferior en jugadoras senior de fútbol sala

Resumen
Objetivo. El objetivo de este estudio fue definir cuantitativamente los valores de flexibilidad de la extremidad inferior en jugadoras senior de fútbol sala. Método. Para ello, se midió la extensibilidad de los principales grupos musculares de la extremidad inferior a través de pruebas angulares pasivas máximas. Veinte jugadoras senior de fútbol sala formaron parte en este estudio, 15 jugadoras de campo (22,3+4,9 años) y 5 porteras (22,2+6,2 años). Resultados. Los resultados definen como perfil de flexibilidad los siguientes valores de referencia: 40º para el gemelo, 42º para el sóleo, 148º para el glúteo mayor, 89º para los isquiosurales, 45,5º para los aductores, 7,5º para el psoas-iliaco y 112º para el cuádriceps. Conclusiones. Asimetrías bilaterales a favor de la extremidad no dominante fueron observados en los valores de flexibilidad del cuádriceps, el gemelo y el sóleo en las jugadoras de campo.
