Abstract
In the subsequent region of the maxilary superior, not always exist a minim bone availability. To improve the anatomical conditions, we will fill the space created with a bony graft that serves as artificial bed to the implants. We presented a series of 82 patient, with a total of 116 sinus increases in those which were inserted 252 impacted implants rugged surface covered of plasma spray of titanium or hidroxiapatite. We described the accomplished technique and we show the results obtained to the five years from the surgical intervention, it was not presented no serious complication and being obtained some satisfactory results.
