Abstract
The haemangiolymphangioma is a vascular anomaly with a mixture of blood and lymphatic vessels, whose aethiopathogenesis is discussed, although at present it is thought to have an dysembryoplastic origin. lts growth is painless, slow and progressive and its prognosis usually good. lts treatment may be diverse, but the most frequent and effective one is the surgical approach. We present a report about a haemangiolymphangioma of several years of evolution, located on the gingival tissues, with its histopathologic diagnosis, with good prognosis.
