Resumen

The aim of this study is to compare the psychometrics character-istics of the versions in clinical administration and self-report of the Lie-bowitz's Social Anxiety Scale for Children and Adolescents (LSAS-CA; Masia, Hofmann, Klein, Liebowitz, 1999) in a sample of 178 subjects en-rolled in school in centers of studies of primary and secondary education of which 99 were presenting Social Phobia. The middle ages of the partici-pants are 12.36 years, being the majority girls (64 %). The versions of the scale were applied bearing the order in mind and time of administration. The results show that the LSAS-CA is a good instrument so much in his version clinical administration as in the self-report version, there are few differences between the two formats.
