Abstract
The wide range of measures launched by the government has created an interesting flow of debates in which mediatically stronger reforms tend to outshine the others. The modification of the Council Tax by the Council of Ministers on December 30 incorporates relevant novelties that, undoubtedly, will get more attention over time whenever its effects will be more obvious.
