Résumé

Title IV of Organic Act 3/2007, of 22 nd of march, for the effective equality between women and men, is intended to encourage or even impose social partners to get actively involved in the elimination of discrimination in employment. The entire Chapter III of the above-mentioned Title IV of the Act is devoted to regulate the legal frame (concept, possible objectives, contains, as well as formal and procedural requirements) of the so-called «Equality Plans» at the undertakings, according to which social partners have to achieve agreements in this field.
