Zusammenfassung

In this article we explain the generals lines of the new Spanish Insolvency Law. It´s composed of eight paragraphs relatings to: the procedure´s organs, specially, the �administración concursal�; the objective and subjective requirements, particulary, the concept of insolvency; and the consequences insolvency proceedings have on the bankrupt and on his creditors.
