Abstract
The Orthopteroidea (except Caelifera) from the south of the province of Albacete have been studied on the basis of the specimens collected on fifty different localities, during the years 1988 to 1990. 52 species are cited. New data on the biology of the species an their relationships with the vegetation are given. First data are given, too, on the biology of Urornenus (Steropleurus) rnartorelli subsp. angulatus, Urornenus (Steropleurus) politus y Eugryllodes carrascoi.
