Resumen
The present study reveals the need of differentiating among several fields of interaction in order to improve the knowledge of intergroup relationships. The unidimensional conceptualization of behavioral intention as mere intimacy hinders the consideration of other equally important areas from a social point of view, such as educational, labour, sanitary, political and private. Likewise, in accordance with the intergroup threat model of Stephan, we consider the effect of intergroup anxiety on other scales used for measuring the intention of behavior.
