Resum
It was impossible to implement Moot Court years ago because wedid not have enough practical lessons. This situation has however changed with thenew study plans, which offer us more practical hours. The new situation needsmodern techniques and at the Murcia School Law we are working hard in order todevelop them. The communication that we present includes the results of our MootCourt activities. It explains, in first place, the objectives which we have tried to achieve; secondly presents the methodology that we have used to plan therepresentation; finally, we analyse the development of one of this practical lessons.
