Abstract

The formative experiences represent a strategic shift toward an innovative way of planning in the teaching-learningprocess, which in addition to take into account the level of gradual complexity with regard to the acquisition ofknowledge, takes into account other factors, such as the individuality of the person who is being formed andprofessional skills that will define the job in the future.These are not other, but the keys to the model of formation that we propose and combining all the above-mentionedfactors, make it possible to the planning of a quality training where learning is the result of the adaptation of the systemthe individual and the context and not the reverse, responding in this way to an important premise of the ESHE.Communication is a descriptive summary of a model of experience formation.Our purpose is to present a model of formation as well as their characteristics and application to the European Space ofHigher equation.
